Harmonic Vibration
From the shock to the Harmonic Vibration.
As an alternative to the shaking vibration normally used in industrial production today, the Weiss system conceived innovation of harmonic vibrations: vertical oscillations generated by large dimension vibrating masses, on a unique and independent vibrating table capable of generating a force of over 800 kN.
Results:
• high quality concrete products - more resistant to weathering -
• homogeneity of products, smoother surface;
• simplification of machine settings;
• Noise reduction - including ensuring the protection of its operators, significantly less wear of the molds of the boards support.
The harmonic vibration compaction system has been developed in Germany, the Institut fur Fertigteiltechnik Fertigbau und in Weimar. Weiss has acquired the international rights in 2005.
Thus the harmonic vibration compaction system has become the Weiss System
